Some interesting facts -
Unterberg Capital Koller Fund, a Hedge Fund, shows up as an 8.4% shareholder in bankruptcy filings (see 139 on docket) They didn't show up as having any interest before that point.

Also, filings over weekend that appear on Pacer.gov site make reference to cash portion of ESW bid as being $7.75 mil (see 191 to 198 on docket)
