Well they are in the OTC

If they choose to, so what. If they choose not to, so what. We have no clue if they're going to do any business let alone what the share structure changes will be, if any.

I've read all filings dating back to the beginning of 2014. Impossible for me to pull off my psychic talents to know if and when they will RS.
