I have no idea exactly what's happening over there but I can address one of your questions. The question regarding why only have 4 packages out. Sometimes display cases only show 1 of each product. You tell the clerk what you want and they will go in the back to get it. Often times this is due to lack of space, oddly shaped items, or non stackable items.
I hope Blum is selling their product but I don't know that for sure
