Ben clearly stated that he contacted Kim and also clearly stated that Monster Silk is not having the issues that Randy Lewis described. There was no vagueness to the statement, unlike most of what he has stated to me in the past.

kim needs import/export approval...he doesnt have it...i wonder if he will need fda approval prior to obtaining the permits?...he IS and has been creating the product here already...the fda may already feel they have jurisdiction...

It is a different process and hopefully a speedier one. I am pretty sure that the FDA does not have jurisdiction over science experiments in the lab, but to bring them to commercial production, i guess they do?

If they are attempting to attract foreign investors, they should do what they can to prevent that from happening. At the very least, copyright laws should prevent them from selling in any developed country (other than China & Russia).

john rice is going to do or not do whatever kim tells him...kim is not going to give up anything...rice will have no oversight of anything...

do you really see kim giving up anything?...nothing in the company is going to change because of rice's hiring...

Maybe initially, but I believe he will help the company grow or at least advise Kim over sales, logistics, and whatever else Kim is not as knowledgeable about.
