I want to see THIS guy start marketing his product like he believes in it. And to remember his shareholders, few though they may be. GLTA.

Mr. Sharp is the co-founder and CEO of FightReady, LLC. He is responsible for the creation and go to market strategy providing compliance and training solutions to Insurance Carriers and Insured organizations throughout the United States. These services assist with reducing costs on Worker’s Compensation claims, wrongful terminations and other employee lifecycle issues.

Richard Sharp has 28 years experience in the software technology business, as an Owner or sales management capacity. He was an executive at Oracle, building a new line of business from inception to $120 Million annual revenue, in just 4 years. He was involved in the acquisition of a start- up company that Siebel bought for $600M in 2000.

Mr. Sharp has been instrumental in founding organizations in both technology and Real Estate Investment and Development Services. He has successfully developed strategic plans, flexible business models and teams to implement and support the models in the most efficient ways possible. He has adapted a strong focus on the customer value proposition as the most critical element of success when implementing these business models. Spending his early years learning from multiple leaders in the technology business and absorbing the application of their business model’s has assisted Mr. Sharp with learning how to build flexible organizations that can adapt to the rapidly changing markets.

Managing and coordinating complex sales cycles, executing MARKETING and sales plans, setting and managing revenue targets for sales teams for both internal and external channels, as well as setting and exceeding customer expectations, is his strongest forte.
