Yep, year after year, same BOD, same mgmt, same Botched results. The only thing it seems that does not change is the stock price as it has decreased over 75% during the last 10 years and 50% over the last 5 years. Can't wait for the new stretched truths that will never come to fruition when SK speaks again. History has not been kind. Today's no news and then Thursdays losses along with dilution should put us back in the $1.40's or below. Time will tell. Didn't somebody say SK would have a surprise today?

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADD QUALIFIED BOARD MEMBERS SINCE 2010 YET CAN'T FIND A MATCH WITH THE CURRENT CREDENTIALS OF OUR BOD AND THEIR PENNY STOCK PEDIGREE. 75% OF THE BOARD HAS/HAD TIES TO PATRIOTIC SCIENTIFIC WHICH NOW TRADES AT 5 PENNIES YET THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT BOD.

PPHM THE COMPANY WHOSE CEO IN MARCH 2014 TALKED ABOUT A PARTNERSHIP COMING TO FRUITION IN UPCOMING YEAR. IT IS NOW MARCH 09, 2015,68 days past the year 2014. CREDIBILITY IS AN ISUUE. ALL IMO.
