accumulation on the bid does not make the price appreciate of an equity. something to consider, just because you and a couple others believe the stock should be above .03 doesn't mean the rest of the market feels the same way, and its the majority that moves price not the few.

lots of bag holders between .005 - .01, so unless some amazing news or filings come out, this will not be getting above those values.

All in my opinion of course.
