KSW Industries Inc. (fka KSWJ)

well I have good news tentatively, a talked with IR at KSW and the filing is not theirs, he knows of KSWJ and thinks that it is probably theirs of course he can't know for sure but it isn't KSW Inc. I mentioned KSWJ, Pink sheet company and he said " I know about them..... that is the only other KSW that I know of". I would check around to find out what is required to make such filings because it still doesn't make sense that the company hasn't said anything, in other words I wouldn't personally be loading the boat just yet. I called the registered agent first and they said they wouldn't know anything. Hope all this helps. BTW I have no position in this just so that is clear.
