From what I can see, start a business sell shares in the business, don't do anything that will make a profit, pay yourself a high salary, then let the business become worthless after you have milked every bit of money you can from it. Say that you are going to do all these great things to keep it floating for as long as possible while you take as much money as you can through a high salary.
