Well based off the multiple PR's but more specifically the "letter to shareholders" in January. The breakthroughs they're having, the support from different (very reputable) people/universities, and the fact that they do a good job in keeping us updated (imo). Yes they have debt but I would be worried if they didn't. I work in banking and seldom see a company or person put up there own capital to start up. Debt is normal in a company. IMO HYSR will reach the voltage needed, continue to revolutionize the industry, and pay off that debt when things take off. Most importantly, a potential huge return on investment for us.
