Presumably, this is where the focus with Andrews and the pre-IND filing resides. The pre-IND is intended to open a dialogue with FDA as to what requirements will be needed in your IND. The first one is most important. If they initiate an IND for the knee, why not follow that up with one for the elbow, hip, wrist, pain.. This is their stated focus.

If Andrews/SVFV can prove minimally manipulated, then this process is golden. Even if they just prove a bypass of IND phases that is huge value...

I don't think anyone on this forum can even guess where this is at with FDA and funding... Major announcements could be days away or months..
