The issue of potentially raising the A/S for future debt conversions was not supported by the attendees, and no action was taken in this matter



Unfortunately this statement is very telling and disturbing. Eric must not think HHSE can generate enough revenue to cover current debt payments.

Why dilute, just use the revenue from the 14 American justice DVD's already sold on Amazon.
