I'm so glad to see that you continue to hang on and read every post I put up here.

I noticed that you put up a couple of Facebook posts to mitigate the damage to your credibility. I'm really not sure why you are so intent on bringing attention to your fraudulent background but if you want to give me the ability to rip your reputation apart.... I THANK YOU!

Let's address this "Key to the City of Miami" issue.....

Mr. Rico's bio found in every 10K and 10Q filing states the following:

ROBERT RICO , President/CEO and Director

Mr. Rico is a high energy, goal-driven executive that approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic flair for innovation, creative problem solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements and shareholder returns. Mr. Rico began his career in New Jersey, where he entered the workforce at the age of 13 in the family business. Mr. Rico’s experience led him into the investment, mergers and acquisitions business. Mr. Rico has negotiated over $100 million dollars in mergers and acquisitions, and has been CEO and Chairman of a public company for 8 years. Mr. Rico has held various board positions of other private and public entities as well. Mr. Rico has also worked in the licensing and marketing industry with Italian design house Pininfarina Extra. On November of 2009 Mr. Rico was awarded with the Key of the City of Miami for his philanthropic and business achievements.

KEY TO THE CITY:

Mr. Rico has a problem with remembering his lies. First he states in his bio that he received the Key to the City of Miami (population 417,650) but then shows a You Tube video receiving the Key to Bal Harbor, FL (population 2,613).

He then states in his bio that he received this "Key" for philanthropic and business achievements.

The video clearly shows that he received a "Key" that was also a letter opener as a gift from the township showing appreciation for opening a small branch of his now defunct mortgage brokerage business Expert Financing in the small town of Bal Harbor, FL.

The words philanthropic achievements is never mentioned. Nor, is he given this Key that's really a letter opener for his business achievements. Just more Rico BS in attempting to make people believe one thing when after checking up on him we see that its something completely different.

I should note that Expert Financing was also a public company trading as EXPU that had many similarities with false PR's, share buy-back programs (with zero shares purchased) and horrific dilution which left virtually every investor holding the bag.

WORKED FOR PININFARINA:

Robert Rico has never worked a day in his life for Pininfarina. His Facebook post today shows a Pininfarina interior design for a Challenger powerboat with him implying that he actually had something to do with the design.

Fact:

Rico was hired by a hedge fund to promote a stock Challenger Powerboats which they held a significant amount of stock in. They needed to get the price of the stock up and brought Rico in to help unload their stock position (Rico's real expertise). This Powerboat company has since gone out of business. Mr. Rico had no other ties to Challenger or Pininfarina other than trying to pump the stock off of the news from that company's latest model which happened to be designed by Pininfarina.

Did he meet people from Pininfarina's Ft. Lauderdale's office when Challenger Powerboats was previewing and introducing their latest model to the public?

Yes, absolutely.

But meeting a bunch of Pininfarina designers from a stock deal that you are peddling is a far cry from actually working for them. Unless, you want to use their name in order to give yourself some credibility!

Think about it....

Pininfarina is an Italian design house. Robert Rico has ZERO education, experience, expertise or a resume in design.

How could he wind up working there? HE WOULDN'T!

Rico.... Give us the name of the person at Pininfarina that will acknowledge your work history over there! LMFAO!

CHAIRMEN CEO OF A PUBLIC COMPANY?

Please me Rico give us the name of one public company that you were in charge of that is still in business! Every company Rico has been a CEO of has suffered the same fate of false PR's, horrific dilution, ridiculous Officer salaries and a company that either merged to change the name or eventually went out of business.

$100 million in mergers and acquisitions?

Why be so vague????

Please list them out for us! We all know they do not exist! PURE FABRICATION!!!
