If Allard wins the Licensed Producers will suffer a huge setback, finding it hard to get patients.

Health Canada's restrictions on the LP's advertising is already driving patients back to the grey market.

I'm sure there will be an appeal either way but the case has the potential to unravel the entire MMPR
