You probably know more than I do, but I'm not completely sold on a R/M. The empty shell has to be completely clean & they cost $150,000 to $550,000. Maybe the former shell owners have hidden shares that will be dump on the market killing the pps.(Seen it happen)
Why not just get Superior clean. It takes a lot of serious DD on any shell that's bought.
Won't shareholders get even less shares in a R/M ?
