Sorry, tmm GUILTY AS CHARGED!!! and being SUED for FRAUD, THEFT AND CONSPIRACY!!!

tmm defaulted on its agreements with Iterated and lost ALL rights to ANY Iterated tech, making its claim of using VDK 1.x codec outright theft! Yes, just read that 1996 letter from the Iterated lawyers saying tmm has been barred from using ANY Iterated created technology!

tmm bought a copy of the stolen VDK 2.0 from Simpson and Haskins and has ZERO rights to use or possess it. Yes, tmm knows this was a stolen copy but decided to buy it anyway!

AND DON'T FOGET THIS: tmm has been ordered by the judge to sue HP (last August)! and they are still stalling!!! Read the court minutes, its in there!
