All shares do have to be accounted for during a R/S, so with a CUSIP change happening, yes shorts do have to cover....

Because weve had a 2 month warning of this impending R/S most of the damage with the PPS drop should be done beforehand IMHO, by the time they PR on Tuesday or Wednesday, the bottom should be in...

We may have hit bottom already, we'll find out Monday if we take another step down or the .08 support holds and we start moving back up...

AS far as the split itself, Lets just say for example its a 10:1, you'll multiply the PPS by 10 the day of the split (price that the stock closed at the night before), and you'll divide the current O/S by 10 on the same day...

So for example a PPS on the day of the split of .10 would get us to 1.00 and an O/S of 300 million would be divided by 10 to give us 30 million, the A/S does not change and stays at 300 million....

Lets say you had 10,000 shares at .10, after the split you would have 1,000 shares valued at 1.00 PPS each....

With good news this stock can run IMHO, R/S or no R/S...

The ticker will have a D added to the end of it for 20 days or so "ECIGD" and our shares will be locked during that period of about 20 days till your broker gets and disperses the shares, you wont be able to trade those shares until your broker issues them to you, usually about 20 days or so....GLTY....all IMHO

If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe....N Tesla
