No volume. That is why I am talking no diluting. And no "space" for diluting. 5M are enough to hit the bottom. So they must first convert the preferred and to increase O/S and float.
So will be better with update and PRs to lift the PPS which at this level is very, very easy and then to convert and dilute. Now they can easy reach the PPS $10 $20 and more. And what I think they will do soon. Now they are blocked.So IMO the updates and PRs are imminent.
