You don't. At least not until the next financial filing by the company.

But here are a couple of clues as to what is going on.

The last 10K showed the long term liability of $200,000 still on the books. There is also in that filing, the court approved 3(a)10 agreement between the company and the debt holders. In essence, the company will issue shares to the debt holders, in lieu of cash.

You may also watch the T-Trades (after market close share transactions). If you have L2, it is simple to see the differential between the VWAP (Volume Average Weighted Price) for shares sold. Compare that to the T-Trade price of shares sold and add to that price, the commission per share, for the MM's selling those shares.

All that information is indicative of shares being sold into the market by debt holders (per 3-a-10 agreement).

When those T-Trades stop, the selling into the market may well be over. Until then, I will hold off buying shares here.
