Is that restricted because people violated the pdt (pattern day trading rule), thus the shares are locked up for 90 days ? When I look at other sources there is only 4-5 company people who have shares that are in the restricted class you are talking about.

So we have 201 - 165 = 36 (maybe 40) at most real share holders (retail investors) long term holders.
