The problem is that Jake will probably get all of the extra money that is generated unless the BOD does something about it. The original cv preferred which was given to Shapiro gave him complete control. Somehow this has to be adjusted. I am holding too. I can see the films being financed by using the credits etc. but I can't see FONU get an investment bank to support it with current management in place.
