I'm not sure where I heard this as it pertains to epgl, but it's been said that we have seen higher highs and lows since the restructure...

Could someone help me understand because since the cooper announcement we seem to be seeing lower highs every time a "major" announcement is made?!?!?

I'm just a little confused...
