Yes I believe that is what he is saying. The science is sound and it has passed all testing.

The potential in just that makes this stock worth a 1.00 a share just for that alone.

The world is desperate for a clean non fossil energy production method and here is this little company with these patents and test data.

We have not seen the test data but that is a business decision. They are going to show that to potential partners that can help them get it into production.

I would'nt be suprised it we hear of research grant money from the government.
