Good Observation army. Need to keep an EYE-ON... IMHO, This is a Key event that potentially could turn into a BIG RED-FLAG. Hopefully it gets PR'd on time, +/- few days at most. Any delays or PRs of such delayed action to extend completion dates further out would be Devastating BLOW to the confidence and directional MOMO. All other pending event PRs success (Asia expansion, Greece Open Letter, etc.) won't carry any weight till the Technis Deal is DONE!!!.. Specifically if they are using the sale to fund the other new ventures. For sure this is a BIGGIE. Don't *-*K it Up BYSD..
