Impossible the money isnt there to just throw two buildings away and start fresh...that would not happen especially under the rules where u have to have a secure building first in order to receive license....one would basically be silly to invest again under "potential license" if it was guaranteed thats a different story but as we all see here with fitx it is not a sure thing....also with no license there is no spinoff so basically that is also not happening no need for cen biotech if they cantobtain license
