a PENNY stock is NOT in the virtuous world of ethical management, its like the minor leagues…IF THEY WANT respect, they have to EARN it, not PR it

although many investors take PENNY info at face value….INCC could easily put its shareholders at ease, but they refuse to do so

ANYONE can fill out an application document……..I"M talking about it BEING filed with the PROPER patent office, not the 2 inch by 3 inch, MOCK-doc numbers in a TWEET photo

ONLY IN THE MADE UP "PENNY" WORLD is that TWEET a patent application #….post the DD if you verified this through a USPTO phone #…..offer it up, the patent office is an equal opportunity info sharer, their JOB is a verifier of invention provenance….GET IT?????
