Outstanding is nearly 70 million shares. All but a bit more than 25 million stuffed into the mattresses of insiders and the PIPE lender. PEMCO controls a big chunka that 70 million.

The 25 million is held by the publick and is available for trading in case anybody should want any. Or anyone should want to bother to sell any if anybody wanted to buy.

Besides the shares being unattractive because of the Non-performance of the Company and its CEO, and its MUCH less than sterling reputation, it is overpriced even at 2 cents per share.

Actually, it would still be over-priced at deep sub-pennies. One should not wonder at the lack of volume.
