These are quite common amongst the penny stocks, especially among the ones that have gone to .0001 and then a reverse split from there.

This is why one often sees trades of 1 share or 8 shares or some innocuous amount show up periodically.

Accounts settling.

Like all the way back down to .001 and replay of some old skool surfer music - Wipeout.
