Tera exchange listed on the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission CFTC website. You can see all the companies who are registered Tera Echange is one of them. Only one of the 26 that provides bitcoin.....do you see some of these other companies bloomberg, ICE....Tera Exchange looks to capitalize first with bitcoin.....whats impotant to note is the effect of the Dodd Frank Act.

Swap execution facilities (SEFs) were given life by the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires over-the counter (OTC) swaps to be cleared and traded on this new type of regulated platform. Any swap that is "made available to trade" must trade on designated contract market or a SEF. The CFTC has been given the responsibility to monitor swap execution facilities; the SEC has jurisdiction over security-based SEFs.

The CFTC finalized several execution rules at its May 16, 2013
