Joe , I can certainly understand your frustration as a shareholder as Janus was a horror show in a super hot market. Well at least the management enjoyed a hefty salary for the last 3 years. Now it is time to move forward. Granted substantial share dilution has taken place with well over a billion shares out there when converted and a share realignment on the horizon. On a positive note our current management can only
be an improvement over what we have seen. Lets all hope for the best.
