Since the $$ from stockholders has been a big reason that the Coates technology has been able to be developed and redeveloped for 20 years, the idea that they wouldn't be rewarded for any and all revenues generated by the product would be problematic.
If that becomes the case, how would a class action suit not be filed ? Wouldn't you be in ?
