I'm sure he also wanted to give big institutions a chance to load up too. People have been ranting about how unfair that is but it's actually really good for us. The volume here has been very high and that's the first sign of institutional buying. They don't just buy all at once though because that would drive the price way up and make shares for them more expensive. They buy little by little over a period of weeks or months. It takes them just as long to exit an investment so they do a lot of research before getting in to make sure their bet is safe.
