There is always the chance Debt gets Cancelled!

There may be one or more Note holder's violating the terms of their agreement:

Then ECIG can just say we are cancelling your outstanding note due to violation and you may even have to pay us for damages!

There are some rules, you cannot Knowingly Short a Ridiculous amount of Stock that Does not Exist and you have no way to pay it back!

If you naked short this, ECIG could not have shares above 300 Million for you to pay back with!

They could default on purpose depending on the agreement and pay back with cash.

There is a limit to how sleazy MM's and Short seller's can be! And if you get caught, the consequences can be BRUTAL!
