They raised all that money with restricted shares which is very hard to do...most demand free trading stock for cash. They did a fine job raising the money in a shareholder friendly manner. Maybe we will get really lucky and they will sell a few paintings for the next round of funding instead of restricted shares. They need to protect and nurture our beautiful 17 million share float, keep it small like that for as long as possible.
