One could imagine that PEMCO could be somewhat aggravated with their CDEX CEO. And even contemplate litigation.

But contemplate would likely be about all they could do. They agreed to pay his salary for being CEO.. and to catch up on his back salary.

JB was to bring the G-this and G-that to fruition and do other CEO-ish things. He has done a few things such as making the SEC reports and such, and paying the help and rent on the palatial company HQ and for some "consultations as needed" for Poteet and Coates, etc.

The contract has been fulfilled to the extent possible with the assets available.

So litigation would not likely be successful.

After all, in EVERY SEC REPORT CDEX has warned that they need people to fund operations or they would have to cease operations. Ain't sold enough product to stuff a gnat.
