Solid... the day-to-day buys and sells of the stock aside, there should be a technical drop in the price of MFYS.

Currently, the value of your MFYS shares are derived from the potential revenues of ALL MFYS contracts worldwide. When this "restructure" is put into place, MFYS US will have its potential revenue sources reduced... so the PPS should be reduced.

This should be offset by receiving a 1:1 "dividend" of shares in the other two subs. But these two subs will then dilute the value of their existing shares by selling more shares to the public.

You make a good point though... its already priced so low, even one signed contract could send it much higher.
