What, imaginary "no dilution"? How?

They are diluting continuously- for all intents and purposes monthly. We don't know exactly how often Lincoln sells n dumps or exactly when OCAT makes a draw from Lincoln, but w/o it continuously- they'd be BK in short order.

Simple as that. They're a dilution machine.
