That's exactly how I thought it would work as well. Every shareholder has a vested interested in the company via stock and reinvestment back into the operations via wells.

Its a perfect scenario with built in tax advantages for the long term.

Its a win win for everybody and Superior!!!

SE's track record speaks for itself. I am with you as long as he is a part of it.

Honestly Dan and the rest of Superior I think is working hand and hand at this point. Its a huge win for him and the other folks.

I will be happy when I see some filings take place!
