It's CLEAR who is lying. Joe sent email saying salaries actually declined. You said "Sounds good to me. So basically the salaries are the same, as the previous year." I replied with ACTUAL numbers reported to SEC & provided link & page number. FACT joe lied and you said "sounds good".

Doesn't sound good to me. So I think unless they amend the already amended filing & say oops we did not receive cash salary as we reported then JOE is lying. Which is PROOF joe lies! DONE DEAL!

Not just bad but sensationally bad!!!! (Lying to shareholders)
