The Board of Directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina" or the "Company") (TSX: PPL; NYSE: PBA) has declared a common share cash dividend for March 2015 of $0.145 per share to be paid, subject to applicable law, on April 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 25, 2015.
