Oh, you mean the completed merger between VRCI and Verde Capital Inc, it's wholly owned subsidiary.

Must be nice to be able to merge with oneself and try to word it cleverly so as to get people to buy their crap stock.

Verde Science and Verde Capital merged and yet nothing really happen, except of course shareholders getting screwed.
