That is the Common Writings found in almost all OTC Financial Filings.

Pretty much telling us what we already know but they have to lay it out properly in the filings. MELY isnt profitable yet and so are 90% of the OTC Market.....

Will there be more dilution? Yes of course and if people dont expect that they need to leave this exchange..It is the sole means for funding and very common...

The Dilution that occurred that got the stock back down to 0.0001 Could of possibly funded a very good step that the company is trying to take. I believe the R/S in conjunction with getting these servers online and mining will finally be the restart of the Mining Pool and the reward for that decision....

I will always remain objective and with that said if these servers are not operational by the time the split is in effect and all we get is more news of what is to come my faith will then be Spent...
