BMAK, 10K share block in 1st position on Ask at .009

Looks like it's not going much of anywhere today then IMO.

Bid dropped to .0086 already, first thing AM.

Tough sledding in here IMO. Market cap barely at $5 million now, hard to believe. Less than about half their current debts. Wow !

Near endless, continuous use of convertible debt financing (aka "toxic" debt or "death spiral" as the SEC calls it on their site) coupled with just near endless, massive, massive amounts of common share dilution always seem to catch up to a stock sooner or later it seems. Just the way it always seems to work on these floorless convertible debt financed, cash poor, high dilution stocks IMO. Seen it so many times.

It's now hard to figure where a bottom might be on this and what would cause enough buying pressure to even start a reversal or even begin an attempt at any uptrend? The downside volumes since beginning of 2015 have just been massive and on-going with very little buying interest- certainly not enough to cause any serious moves off the bottom or very far out of the sub ONE CENT range which now is appearing more and more like the "new normal" on this one it seems. Downtrend is solid and 100% intact still IMO looking at the technicals- no sign of a change that I can see.

By this time last yr- this has made it's "big run" talked so much about. It was essentially already over by this time last yr (the big .08 top and blow off and then rapid decline) - so I just don't see 2015, at least this time period now, as mimicking any past pattern or matching any prior time period and certainly not last yr? Just not seeing it. In the prior year the stock made it's all time lows in Dec and then started it's move up no later than Feb and then had peaked by early March (right about now). In 2015 the stock hit near it's all, all time lows in Jan (the .007 day, just a tad off the all time low of .0066) and it's now spent much, the majority of 2015 as a sub ONE CENT or just barely above one cent stock.

Just not seeing this as a repeat yr of any "past patterns" IMO. I think the massive dilution is different now and having Magna in the mix and all the other convertible debt lenders, etc.

My 2 cents
