ahead of this via the filings at embr and
the conferencecall and now the news at nates,
which encouraged that run to near 02?
only to then put out r/s news (via sos amendment,
not any pr or 8k filing anywhere) to collapse it to 002.
that was not playing nice.
shareholders will remember that for a very long time.
certainly does not seem warranted by the
already small size of the current float
to reduce it to nearly nothing.
if finra approves that, what are they even for?
there will be no liquidity left here.
and all of us will remember what happened..
