It is a dietary supplement. Yes they claim studies have shown CBD has medical benefits. No they do not claim their product is proven to have those benefits merely because it has low levels of CBD in it. It is up to the consumer to educate themselves and know the difference between a dietary supplement that MAY have a health benefit and actual medical treatment prescribed by a doctor.
Some on this board have said they tried the product and that they enjoyed it. That is all that is required for people to buy it- that they enjoy it.
Who is the real snakeoil salesman here?
