I'll send the questions in an email to Frank, I have just been reading to see if any other ?'s were to be added by Thursday, 1 official week before the CC for Frank and Crew to prepare---or answer by PR/update, or email, if they choose to answer. Isn't Frank's email [e-mail] ?

FWIW, taking a gracious, humble approach on my correspondence would probably open more doors than coming down hard on issues.....LOL

I do not know if they will respond, but it doesn't hurt to ask
