Thing is... INVESTING and being LONG in a OTC stock that has an A/S of 25 billion, with no profits... is the same thing as playing roulette/lottery... Speculation is always a gamble... But when you are speculating on a penny stock, that is the same thing as a lottery ticket. You cannot possibly say there will be growth when at the same time you mentioned they are diluting... Dilution and growth do not go together...Placing 5k into this now and holding long term 6, 12, 18 mos from now, you never know what the value of it will be because of the ability to dilute. What you and everyone else is looking for, is a nice 'pop' to sell into to deem some great reward.. and that IS gambling
This stock will not be considered a long term hold or a buy with me or institutional investors until they get their A/S and O/S down. This IMO will not happen until they are done funding their business, until the business can run on it's own, and then they can reduce outstanding shares by using the reverse split tool...When this is used, the O/S will be reduced, if there is a good business plan then they will not need to dilute anymore, and at this point, it would be along term hold, because the stock would then grow in value. This is when things would start moving in favor of the company and they can move to a more respected exchange which will then draw the institution investors and increase the demand, and value of the stock. However this IMO will not happen until they are done building a foundation (dc's, inventory, subs) and once they can run on their own revenue. 'New' money will not come until long growth value is there.

So for now... Gameznflix has created the field for flippers to play in whether it was unintentional or not. It is a small company that is trying to go in the big leagues, and we are all here because we beleive they have a chance to do so, but we all know growing big means need of funding, which in this case is the use of the A/S or REVENUE//PROFITS.
