ABSOLUTELY no basis to HOLD-this-stock…..NOTHING-INCC PR's has come to fruition, it always gets debunked and/or eventually gets tossed aside as "forgotten" possibilities that didn't pan out because of "unknown" circumstances

just look at all the PR claims in the last 7 months………….not a ONE has followed the path that INCC set out,,,,,don't take my word on it, just do the track record and timeline DD

whats even worse is that currently, INCC has established ties with ANOTHER PINK OTC stock that has the same track record………….ISNT 2 stinky's 1 too many????????

the promotion crowd left this stock in late Nov, early Dec………do the "lookback" and it'll become clear
