The SEC sure as heck cares whether a company is real or not. KMA Global bragged about strong revenues and clients yet after the SEC Suspension the company went black-hole dark. That is inconsistent with ANY company that has actual operations.

If KMA Global had real, tangible business operations the SEC Suspension would not have interrupted those operations, not even for a nano second.
One could reason that if KMA Global really did have legitimate business operations the company would have worked even harder to demonstrate legitimacy to counter the SEC's strong allegations that the company didn't.

Rather, Reid has fostered and enabled a very false impression and cult-like belief that KMA Global is legitimate and viable despite no evidence whatsoever to prove those beliefs to KMAG shareholders and observers.

Companies do not stop operations because of an SEC Suspension. Nor do legitimate companies go dark because of an SEC Suspension. Those simple premises should be evident to even an amoeba.

The company cannot demonstrate that it exists so therefore trading in the stock should not exist either. Ah, but the cult-like factors keep the stock alive when the company apparently does not have any evident, verifiable operations. That makes KMAG the stock like a house of cards that one day will crumble to dust....just like the company that crumbled to dust on September 12, 2012.

Of the 16 stocks that were suspended under the same order 14 of them went or stayed dark and have zero liquidity and zero PPS values for those reasons. That is the typical reaction to an SEC Suspended stock. One has active stock trading because that company continued their business operations in spite of the SEC Suspension, and they continued filing SEC reports. Unlike KMA Global that went dark yet trades unrealistically on the very false impression that KMA Global has business operations, operations that ceased immediately after the SEC Suspension. That strongly implies that KMA Global did not have any business operations before the SEC Suspension.

Every day that KMAG trades the perpetuation of FRAUD continues.
