It's known that the drug dealer bad guys can hack shipping containers
to transport drugs.... thats been in the news.

it's an easy guess the
counterfeit guys can hack them too.

So many things could have happened here.

LL's problem is they likely did the quality testing they always done and didn't see any issues.
It's when somesone down the line re-tested that an unexpected problem is found.
Intentionally selling cancer causing floors is not likely at all.

They are the victim here in my opinion.
